My journey began in a quite sunny village in the hills of Tuscany when I first fell in love with baking magic, the magic of my grandmother’s country kitchen. My mum’s Italian mother inspired me and passed down a passion for baking that’s now become a part of my own story. Being half Italian and half American, I love blending these culinary traditions into every recipe I create.
